Upgrade of the local intranet between the period 2017 to 2022 - Find a freedom of information request

I am writing to make a Freedom of Information request for all documentation, project plans, and business cases related to the implementation or upgrade of your local intranet between the period 2017 to 2022.

1.I request all information in any form, including but not limited to reports, emails, presentations, project plans, and business cases. The requested information should include any plans or proposals for the implementation and upgrade, any decisions or approvals made, and any reports or updates on the progress of the projects during the specified period of 2017 to 2022.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The development of the council’s intranet was led by an IT Solutions Architect using an agile methodology, as part of the business-as-usual development of our systems.

An agile methodology allows demands and solutions to evolve through continuous improvement and delivery, rather than a traditional project management approach with project documentation.

Activity was monitored through the Transformation Programme from 2020.

This was following Share Point being brought in as part of the council’s implementation of Microsoft 365, upon which the intranet was delivered.
