Receipts from Rate collections - Find a freedom of information request

1. I would be grateful if you could provide a breakdown of where the County Council spent its receipts from Rate collection for the last full year, by Distict Council boundaries. i.e the amount of County Council funding expended within the Boston Borough Boundaries, South Holland and all other District council areas, and the areas of expenditure.

Headline amounts will suffice at this stage.

2. It would also be helpful to know what level of reserves are held and/or have had to be used during that period as well.

1. To find and collate the information required to respond to question 1 of this FOI request would take longer than the 18hrs allocated under section 12(1) of the FOI Act 1. Section 12(1) of the Freedom of Information 2000 does not oblige a public authority to comply with a request for information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate limit.
