I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
This data represents the position on 23rd February 2023 when the analysis was undertaken. It is not possible to retrospectively calculate the figures for 3rd February 2023.
1) a. 621
As requested this includes rematches, so some groups of Ukrainians will have been counted multiple times.
b. 483
This data represents all current host households, plus a number for households who have previously hosted a group.
c. 252
d. We are unable to answer this question as requested. We do find out about some breakdowns in relations and offer support with mediation, rematches, or seeking independent accommodation.
However we do not find out the reason for all hosting arrangements coming to an end, for example if a group of guests tell us they have moved into rented accommodation we do not know if this is due to a breakdown in relations or simply because the group are ready to live independently. Breakdown in relations is also likely to be something that hosts and guests have different perspectives on. Therefore we cannot answer this question comprehensively.
2) "We do not record breakdowns under these headings, some of which are subjective, and so cannot answer this question. Where we find out about breakdowns in relations we offer support with mediation, rematches to a new host or support seeking independent accommodation."
3) a. 1
b. 0
c. 0 "Other forms of inappropriate behaviour" is not a clear enough definition to count
4) All <5
5) All <5
6) a. 0
The definition of 'made homeless' here is unclear. Any group who is at risk of homelessness will be housed in emergency temporary accommodation until longer term accommodation (either with a host or living independently) can be arranged. Since the start of the HFU scheme in Lincolnshire 37 groups have been placed in emergency temporary accommodation. No groups have been left street homeless.
