Contracts held between Lincolnshire County Council and Bland's (Rutland) Limited - Find a freedom of information request

Please provide under FOI a list of all contracts held between LCC and Bland's (Rutland) Limited.

Please advise:

1. How much does LCC pay per day for each route.

2. What size of vehicle is the operator required to supply for each route.

3. When will each route be re-tendered.

4. Please supply a copy of the tendered timetable and specification of service that must be delivered for each route.

Please advise the subsidy basis for each route - minimum cost/minimum subsidy/de minimise.

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) are unable to provide the information requested as all agreements with Mark Bland Travel are under Season Ticket per head purchases and therefore does not fall under a contractual agreement.
