Sutherland Way Stamford - Find a freedom of information request

Regarding a dropped kerb recently installed in front of a property on Sutherland Way Stamford PE92TB

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The contractor nominated on the application is not on the published list of contractors on the LCC website.

The list however is not an approved provider list nor are applicants restricted to employing the contractors on this list. The list contains Contractors who meet the minimum requirements and have completed two accesses.

The contractor carrying out the works in the public must:

• • provide proof of their Public Liability Insurance (minimum of £5million)
• • provide proof of New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) Accreditation
• • must carry their NRSWA cards on site at all times

The site inspection has not yet been undertaken but the team will inspect in the near future
