Costs listed where training was delivered by trainers not employed by Lincolnshire County Council Majority of training is delivered online.
Where events have been face to face, mileage may have been claimed when the venues were not at attendees normal work base, however this is not consistently itemised to these particular events.

This was also picked up during the inspection process. LFR reviewed staff understanding and the best method of engaging people with EDI and decided that dedicated face to face facilitated training was the best way of improving understanding and gaining buy in.
An external trainer was brought in to develop specific content relevant to our range of staff. This was delivered throughout 2022 to all staff (circa 600)
