Highway maintenance on Jekil's Bank, Moulton Eaugate - Find a freedom of information request

I am writing about highway maintenance on Jekil's Bank, Moulton Eaugate, specifically between the B1168 and Eaugate Road. I wish to know: -

1. The details of inspections within the last 12 months with dates, findings, and repairs made.

2. Details of claims made and awarded during this period.

3. The time delay between potholes being reported and repaired in each case.

4. The criteria used in classifying road defects and deciding on remedial actions.

5. How inspections are made.

6. Future plans for maintenance or improvements to this stretch of road.

2. There have been two claims over the last 12 months: One for an incident 11/11/22 which was repudiated and another 10/01/23 which is still being processed.

Lincolnshire County Council are not aware of any future maintenance schemes, it will just be whatever defects are picked up during the inspections that are at intervention level.
