3. the average time in calendar days it takes to repair the potholes for each year (2019/2020, 2020/2021, and 2021/2022.)

4. how much is spent on repairing potholes each year? Again, (2019/2020, 2020/2021, and 2021/2022.)

5. total number of potholes reported to your authority, since you began recording this data.

6. how much money has been given to drivers as compensation due to poor road conditions in the past.

Further to our request for clarification, Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) have been advised that it is now possible to calculate approximate calendar year financial information. This has been available since LCC’s new contract which started in April 2020. It has therefore provided the information as close to the original request as possible, not the amended financial year as it suggested would need to happen. Please note however, January 2020 to March 2020 was the last quarter of th former contract and it was much harder for LCC to record both the number of potholes and financial information back then. Therefore, all the following information should be taken as an approximation, especially any data provided that relates to pre-April 2020.
