1. The total amount for the Tranche 3 award is allocated to the delivery of the Spalding to Pinchbeck Cycleway inclusive of feasibility, design and delivery. Should there be any subsequent underspend against the scheme then any remaining allocation will be reallocated to projects consistent with Active Travel England guidelines and approval.
