Broadband Company Permits - Find a freedom of information request

1.Please provide a list of "notifications" or "permits" that Spring Fibre and other broadband companies have asked for from LCC Highways in the last year and the first few weeks of this year (the whole of 2022 and up to January 20, 2023).

I would like the response in an Excel-style table with the following information:

- Company name

- Date of notification to LCC

- Detail of what works entailed (trench installation? New pole installation? etc)

- Location of works

- Date of works

- Whether a highways/planning application was deemed to be required?

- Was a notification from LCC necessary, and if so, what action was taken?

- Was LCC notified if works were cancelled or withdrawn?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
