Highway Concerns - Find a freedom of information request

1. Has highway maintenance got the date for the speed motoring they supposedly undertook? I believe this was something which was being done on one of the letters which was sent.  

2. What measurements and reports did highways maintenance undertake to know there was no effect of the road to our home, did they run a vibrational check over a duration? 

3. What data have they obtained to support their claims and checks?

4. Over which duration was the checks done, and to what extent? Did they have a HGV test done? How do they support their findings with evidence and data? 

 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. It was carried out previously during 07/07/17 to 13/07/17 & most recently 04/08/22 to 10/08/22.

2. A previous inspection was carried out by an officer to inspect the carriageway near your house to determine if there was a defect within the area which may be impacting the property however they found no defects in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan (HIAMP) that require repairing.

3. An inspection was carried out by a competent officer to ascertain if there were any actionable defects in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan, which at the time were none.

4. The survey uses a covert radar recording device installed to a lamp post or similar for a oneweek period monitoring all vehicles. The time period was from 04/08/22 to 10/08/22. The data is then looked over and action is taken if required.
