1. Please can you provide the Highway Inspection records for Skellingthorpe Road, Lincoln LN6 7QZ.
2. Please also confirm what works or remedies were undertaken at this location from 4 May 2022 until my Client, BT, was notified on 29 September 2022.
As it is likely that a Nolan offer will be made in this matter, please confirm whether you believe that a defence would not be available regarding the inspections and notification of the area and the defect?
