Application to increase tolls on the Dunham Toll Bridge - Find a freedom of information request

1. Can you confirm that your Council as highways authority has sole responsibility for the A57 going west from Lincoln to the Dunham toll bridge. If not then can you tell me which stretches come under another authority.

2. Can you tell me whether anyone has had contact with your Council about the Dunham Toll Bridge. If there have been any contacts then can you please supply whatever information you have. To ease the request I am limiting it to any contacts from 1 January 2021.

1. The A57 from Dunham Toll Bridge is under responsibility to maintain at public expense by Lincolnshire County Council as Local Highway Authority.

2. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) have not located any correspondence to LCC related to Toll Bridge price increases in that time frame. Consultation occurs with/through Department for Transport for this type of change.
