1. The Council does not provide a licensing service so no training is provided for this. In terms of planning training this is provided in house by Council staff. The Democratic Services team are the responsible contacts for arranging this training.

2. The training is either via TEAMS or face to face depending on availability of Councillors.

3. This is undertaken by in house planning staff.

4. Nil - other than salary costs for planning staff.
