3. Were you aware of this pothole before our customer collided with it. If you were aware of it, when was when was it scheduled for repair.

Lincolnshire County Council have developed our own Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan, which is available publicly on our website (and attached). This has been developed taking into account the guidance contained within Well Managed Highway Infrastructure - a Code of Practice
