The ICNIRP certificates issued for 5G masts in the Council`s area - Find a freedom of information request

Request

1. The ICNIRP certificates issued for 5G masts in the Council`s area.

2. The power output of each antenna in dbm or Watts for each 5G mast in the Council`s area and the power intensity drop off calculations supplied by the applicants for any 5G beams emitted from such antennae, since 5G beams do not obey the inverse square law.

3. A copy of the section of the Council`s public liability insurance policy showing indemnity cover for any potential personal injury claims which might be brought to the Council in relation to harm caused by wireless pulsed microwave radiation from this 5G technology; it is alleged that a USA telecom company is making provision for such claims in its statutory accounts and wireless technology has the same technical signature worldwide.

For example,

a 5G technical parameter is beam-forming.

4.The Environmental Impact Assessments conducted by the Council for 5G masts.

Decision

I can confirm that Lincolnshire County Council does not hold the information requested. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. Lincolnshire County Council has not built or commissioned any 5G Masts within the county, nor do we have any planning responsibilities to comment on masts in the county, that is the role of the local planning authority (district council)

ICNIRP does not issue certificates to verify the safety of any device or installation. Any such certificates and declarations are issued independently of ICNIRP, and ICNIRP does not evaluate their accuracy. ICNIRP's mission is to provide guidance on non-ionizing radiation protection. Its advice is published in the form of ICNIRP guidelines to limit exposure to non-ionizing radiation; in statements, reviews and notes; and through information published on the ICNIRP website.

2- 4. As above. Lincolnshire County Council has not built and has not commissioned any 5G Masts within the county. Equally, Lincolnshire County Council do not own or operate any 5G masts.

As small cells are covered under permitted development and have rules about power outputs (“transmits at a power level of 10 watts equivalent isotopically radiated power or below”) no formal assessment is required as it’s already covered under law.
