a. Civica Icasework (Case Management System) and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is used for redaction work related to these requests and Office 365 (Word, Excel).

The aforementioned software is used to extract data from source systems where required and to aggregate and visualise data otherwise information is sourced from web browsers or source system applications.
2. LCC are unable to provide an annual cost figure for the use of the software and applications quoted specifically for Lincolnshire fire and rescue as they are used across the whole of Lincolnshire County Council.
