Cost of roundabout installations - Find a freedom of information request

1. Please include the information for each of the following financial years; 2019/2020, 2020/2021, 2021/2022 for:

a) a list of roundabouts installed by the council including their locations

b) the expected budget of each roundabout, when the project was initially begun, and the final cost upon completion.

Please only include roundabouts that were completed in these three years and for which figures exist showing the expected budget and the final cost

• Lincoln Eastern Bypass – Lincoln Road Roundabout – Completed August 2019. Location: Junction bisecting between A15 Lincoln Eastern Bypass and B1188 Lincoln Road, Lincoln

• Lincoln Eastern Bypass – Sleaford Road Roundabout – Completed October 2019. Location: Junction bisecting between A15 Lincoln Eastern Bypass and Sleaford Road, Lincoln

• Lincoln Eastern Bypass – Greetwell Road Roundabout – Completed December 2019. Location: Junction bisecting between A15 Lincoln Eastern Bypass and B1308 Greetwell Road , Lincoln

• Lincoln Eastern Bypass – Washingborough Road Roundabout – Completed August 2020. Junction bisecting between A15 Lincoln Eastern Bypass and B1190 Washingborough Road, Lincoln

• Riseholme Road Roundabout – Completed November 2020. Location: Junction bisecting between A15 Lincoln Northern Bypass and A46 Lincoln Bypass, Lincoln

• Welton Roundabout – Completed June 2021. Location: Junction bisecting between the A46 and Lincoln Road, Welton

• Holdingham Roundabout – Completed December 2021. Location: Junction bisecting between A16 and A17, Sleaford

• Spalding Western Relief Road, Section 5 – Spalding Road Roundabout – Substantial completed October 2022. Location: Junction bisecting between B1356 Spalding Road and Enterprise Way, Spalding

• Grantham Southern Relief Road, Phase 2 – A1/A52 junction (2 roundabouts) – Will be completed December 2022. Location: Junction bisecting between the A1 and soon to be opened realigned A52, Grantham

b. The financial data that is requested cannot be provided as all the projects above are part of larger schemes. The roundabout forecasted and completed costs were not itemised throughout the delivery of the projects.
