The data pertaining to the food waste trial was collected and collated by South Kesteven District Council.

At this time Lincolnshire County Council as part of the Lincolnshire Waste Partnership are awaiting further guidance from Defra as to the plans to implement separate food waste collections and will then consider the actions that are required from both Waste Collection Authorities and, for LCC, as the Waste Disposal Authority
