Total spend on independent special school places for Education Health and Care Plan recipients - Find a freedom of information request

1. For each calendar year since January 2018, the total spend on independent special school places for Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) recipients.

2. For each year (as above) the total paid in placement fees to each independent special school. Please can this include the name of the school and their postcode, whether they were Section 41 registered and how many EHCP recipients were placed there. 

3. The same as question one but for non-maintained special schools.

4. The same as question two but for non-maintained special schools.
