Mosaic is the Council's social care case management system that records all work and engagement activity with the Council's clients. The system holds information that the Council and partner agencies record, and shares information regarding all services that the council provide to vulnerable Children and Adults. It is SQL workflow-based application that is supplied and hosted by The Access Software Group.
