I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. Lincolnshire County Council’s IT services are managed under a contract with Serco, who use Service Now as their Service Management tool. LCC’s own internal service management tool is Fresh Service.

2. Lcc’s contract with Serco comes to an end on 31.03.2024 and all ITSM tools will be reviewed in preparation for the end of the contract.

3. All ITSM tools will be reviewed in preparation for the end of the contract.
