1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) use a Case Management System (CMS) called Civica alongside Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).

2. The CMS used is integrated with other services provided by Human Resources and Business Support. The same system is used for Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) Requests, Complaints, Subject Access Requests, Individual Rights Requests and MP Correspondence; therefore, LCC are unable to quote a cost specifically for Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.

3. The contract with Civica started on 22 May 2020.

4. The contract with Civica expires on 21 May 2024.

5. LCC have received a total of 1,112 FOI/EIR requests for the period 01/10/2021 to 01/10/2022.
