LFR workforce diversity - Find a freedom of information request

As part of my research into this topic, I would be very grateful if you could take the time to return the attached excel spreadsheet which seeks to capture data about your workforce diversity, approach to recruitment campaigns, and your organisational policies and culture.
 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The response is as follows:

Under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), information is exempt from disclosure if it is the personal data of an individual other than the requester and where one of the conditions listed in section 40(3A)(3B) or 40(4A) is satisfied. In this case the relevant condition is contained in section 40(3A)(a).

This applies where the disclosure of the information to any member of the public would contravene any of the principles relating to the processing of personal data, as set out in Article 5 of the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
