Impower Consultancy - Find a freedom of information request

I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. Has the council used IMPOWER consultancy since 2015? IMPOWER may have been used in adult care, public health, children's care/children's services, education (including SEND), climate change, leadership teams or supporting finance directors.

2. If the answer to question 1 is 'yes', what work did IMPOWER do (or what advice did IMPOWER provide) and when?

3. Please provide details of any programmes or projects that IMPOWER worked/advised on. Question 3 covers, but is not limited to, any public service reform/transformation programmes that IMPOWER advised on, designed or helped implement, and any demand management initiatives IMPOWER advised on, designed or helped implement.
