On this site the requester will find NOR figures from May 2022 school census which is the latest figures Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) have available, along with NOR figures for previous school censuses including May 2021.

January-December 2021: 72 FTT appeals issued. Two of these are yet to be concluded (one is to be reheard having been over turned on appeal)
January – September 31st 2022: 56 appeals issued. Of these 34 are yet to be concluded.

January-December 2021: With the below caveat:
25 appeals were conceded. A further two were conceded in part.
Four appeals were upheld in full after a final hearing. Two appeals were upheld in part after a final hearing.
LCC are able to say that eight appeals had specialist placements named after an appeal.
January – 31 September 2022:
To date 10 appeals have been conceded.
I appeals has been upheld after a full hearing.
Please note where a Tribunal is concluded by consent it is not recorded whether LCC has conceded or how agreement is reached. Information is not kept as to the nature of the setting sought (i.e. it may be parent appeals section I as they want a different special school or agreement may be reached on placement where parent consents to mainstream having initially wanted special)
