List of approved countries for local authority funds to be invested in - Find a freedom of information request

I am seeking any information on local authority funds that have been stored with Qatar National Bank in the past 5 years, either as part of Treasury management operations, or for any other reason.

Please provide the following:-

1. A breakdown of local authority funds that have been stored with Qatar National Bank (QNB) since 1 January 2017.

2. The quantum of the funds invested with QNB and the interest rate earned.

3. The latest list of approved countries for local authority funds to be invested in.

1-2.Lincolnshire County Council can confirm that Qatar National Bank is not an Approved Counterparty on the Councils Lending List and hence no investments have ever been made to them or are outstanding as part of the Councils Treasury Management operations.
