Parklets that currently are situated on Mercer Row in Louth - Find a freedom of information request

I wish to be supplied with an answer in relation to the parklets that currently are situated on Mercer Row in Louth, Lincolnshire .

1. Has a health and safety assessment been carried out regarding the safety of the parklets and if so can you please supply me with a copy of the HSE certificate.

1. Construction of the seating units is compliant with the relevant British Standards although there are very few requirement of this nature.

The units have been specifically developed for use generally in parking spaces or loading bays and are constructed and designed with established best practice regarding safety aspects such as finger traps, material strength and trip hazards etc. in mind.
