2. ICB will sometimes joint fund externally commissioned placements on a case-by-case basis and where the individual child meets the eligibility criteria.

3. Yes- Children's SEND Service, as relevant, towards education costs and Adults Social Care where the placement is for a young person over the age of 18 but still in an external residential school placement
