1. O365 SharePoint for internal.
2a. Only an Emergency Communication widget for incidents such as Operation London Bridge
b. OLB requires council websites to respond in a very particular way, and due to the low code nature of the website and it being an unprecedented event, it required extra work from Jadu for a suitable solution - however it was developed in a way which meant we can use it in future for other incidents affecting residents.

6a. Due to cost and nature of the procurement, the existing contract for our website used the Gcloud framework. However we can and do use a variety of frameworks.
