1. Pedestrian and cycle counts were gathered. However, this data was not as valuable as anticipated due to the reduction in people moving around the city of Lincoln. The barriers were also frequently moved, altering the efficacy of the scheme. The data was collected by human observation.
2. The data was collected by the Lincolnshire Lab and consisted of pedestrian and cycle counts.
3. LCC members made the decision not to take the scheme forward to a permanent scheme on analysing both the data and their own opinions.
