1. What is the local authority's policy on vaping in schools (e.g. what sanctions are imposed against students found to be in possession of a vape on school premises)

2. Does each school keep a record of incidents involving vaping?

If so, How many incidents have there been of vaping devices being confiscated in each of the following academic years: 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2021/22? If possible, please break down by school phase.  

3. How many incidents have there been of children caught vaping in school in the same years? Please break down this information by school phase where possible.

4. How many instances of children being suspended from school as a result of vaping incidents have been recorded in the same years? Please provide the school phase for each entry where possible.

5. How many instances of children being excluded from school as a result of vaping incidents have been recorded in the same years? Please provide the school phase for each entry where possible.
