Public Facing Council Website

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) use Jadu for the external website.

2. Third party – expires November 2022. However, renewed until November 2024.

3. The current version of the website with Jadu was launched in September 2019. 4

. LCC have a budget of £61,200 for the website and it's not separated into components.

5. The Digital Engagement Team, part of Communications and Engagement directorate maintain and monitor the website.

Digital Accessibility

1. LCC check the website for accessibility compliance every Monday. Government Digital Service (GDS) also audited our website recently.

2. As per LCC policy, LCC review content on the website every Six months – one year depending on the type of content, liaising with the appropriate ‘owner’ (e.g. a service) of the content. LCC make urgent or emergency changes at any time.
