South Lincs Retirement homes - Find a freedom of information request

Regarding Braceborough Hall Retirement Home.

One or two nearby homes are getting regular referrals and I wish to ascertain why this should be.

1. It would be helpful to have numbers of those discharged in the last 6 months and details of the numbers referred to each home in South Lincs.
