1. Lincolnshire County Council has a main contract in place for road maintenance with a single provider.

2. Balfour Beatty hold the main highways term contract.

3. All highways maintenance functions are within the scope of the contract including minor improvement schemes.

4. The Contract started in April 2020 for a six year initial period.

5. There is up to a further six year extension period available.

6. No decision has yet been taken.
