Adults in Receipt of Long-Term Social Care - Find a freedom of information request

We would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

1. How many adults in receipt of long-term social care, including those who received a personal budget under the Care Act 2014, had their care package reviewed in the each of the following financial years:

a. 2018 to 2019.

b. 2019 to 2020.

c. 2020 to 2021.

Please specify figures for both those in receipt of a personal budget and those not in receipt of one.

2. How many adults in receipt of long-term social care, including those who received a personal budget under the Care Act 2014, had their care package reduced in terms of (i) monetary value and (ii) number of hours received, in each of the following financial years:

a. 2018 to 2019.

b. 2019 to 2020.

c. 2020 to 2021.

Please specify figures for both those in receipt of a personal budget and those not in receipt of one.

3. How many social care services funded by the local authority do you operate? Of them, how many have increased their care fee rates, and by what percentage, or cost (in monetary value) in each of the following financial years:

a. 2018 to 2019.

b. 2019 to 2020.

c. 2020 to 2021.

For all three questions, if you do not keep your records by financial year, please send us the data by calendar year or part thereof.

Please send us the data requested in the form of an Excel spreadsheet or as a csv file.

Lincolnshire County Council can provide information for all three questions for 2018 to 2019 & 2019 to 2020.

However, data for 2020 to 2021 will not be available until after 26 May.
