Positive Health Lincolnshire - Find a freedom of information request

1. Please can you provide all information relating to the material and services purchased by yourselves for use in schools for all year groups, in conjunction with Positive Health Lincolnshire, with regard to what you describe as ' LGBT+' . I specifically want all materials relating to the 'T+'.

2. I would also like to know whether you, or Positive Health Lincolnshire have at any point had a relationship with Stonewall.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1.Please contact the provider as it would talk longer than the 18 hours allotted time allocation to calculate this. Section 12(1) of the Freedom of Information 2000 does not oblige a public authority to comply with a request for information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate limit. The appropriate limit is currently £450 or 18 hours at a cost of £25 per hour.

The exemption under section 12 is not subject to the public interest test Any refined request will be treated as a new request under the Freedom of Information Act.

LCC do however commission Positive Health to provide: '200 free to provider, age appropriate, training sessions aimed at schools, covering STIs/HIV, puberty, sexual health, sex and the law and stigma, self-esteem, risky behaviour, and related subjects'. Outside of this schools can also pay for them to come and do sessions, so in 2021/22 they did 425 sessions. They tailor their sessions to what the school requests and I can see from their 2021/22 report that they did 35 sessions on 'LGBT+, gender & sexuality' (schools are mandated to cover LGBT in their curriculums).
