2. Details of your current software that you use to manage customers applications, e.g. NEC, Liberator, Opus, IEG4, Civica, Pentagull, etc. including contract cost, duration of the contract and its expiry date for:

a. Blue Badges and,

b. Concessionary Travel Cards.

a. The current software for blue badge scheme is NEC Software solutions, Capita, Jadu, Applied Public Service (APS), Access Independent, Avaya phone system, Office 365.

b. The current software for concessionary travel cards is Smart Application Management (SAM). Customer Relations Management (CRM), Package Cost: Annual CRM Cost = £24,161.67, Expiry: Framework for 3 years started April 2022 with option to extend twice with a yearly review to a total of 5 years. Expiry with extensions:

Year 4: 1 April 2025 - 31 March 2026.

Year 5: 1 April 2026 - 31 March 2027.
