Traffic Plan for the 1940s Weekend Held in Woodhall Spa - Find a freedom of information request

I am trying to find out some information on the traffic plan for the 1940s weekend held in Woodhall Spa on the weekend of 9 - 10 July.

1. Have the Woodhall Spa 1940s committee applied to yourselves to put their traffic plan in place?

a. If so is it possible to have a copy of the application and the plan?

1. Lincolnshire County Council can confirm that Woodhall Spa 1940's committee have applied to put their traffic plan in place for the weekend of 9 July - 10 July and all plans have been approved.
