We see from historical European Journal records the following contracts have previously been tendered:

Could you confirm:

1. Who the current supplier is.

2. What is the approximate contract value per annum?

3. Whether or not it will be retendered in the future.

4. If yes, could you give an approximate estimate of when you will go to market (month and year if possible)?

5. If no, what is the rationale for not tendering it?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. All contract information is published, and access is available free of charge. The website for the contract register is: https://procontract.due-north.com/Login You will need to register, which is free of charge, to access the site and contract register.

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.
