The Cost of Converting Grass Verges Into new Parking Bays - Find a freedom of information request

This is an information request relating to the cost of converting grass verges into new parking bays.

1. Please can you provide me with information on the cost of converting grass verges into new parking bays and the number of conversions made.

a. Please provide this information for all such conversions made within the council area since 1 January 2021.

b. Please only include instances where green verges have been converted into parking bays.

c. Please also, where possible, provide before and after images.

d. Please provide the locations of each converted bay.

Lincolnshire County Council does not currently hold final costs, as some of the material costs have not been settled.

Final agreement on compensation events and actual defined costs can take over six months from the end of the financial year in the Council’s NEC4 term contract.

However, in terms of information Lincolnshire County Council does presently hold, the costs for job 5642448 at this time are £7,557.76.

Regarding questions 1c and 1d: Please see attached after photos for point c. Unfortunately, the only before photo was very zoomed in of some grass. Please also find attached plan of the bay areas for point d.
