Standard local authority fees for eligible elderly people in care homes - Find a freedom of information request

We are looking to obtain an indication of the standard local authority fees Lincolnshire Council pays for eligible elderly people in care homes or, if no standard flat rate is paid, an indication of the minimum/maximum/average rates paid for each category of care listed below.



2022/23 financial year rates:

1. Personal care / residential, elderly frail

2. Personal care / residential, elderly dementia

3. Nursing, elderly frail

4. Nursing, elderly dementia

Please could you also state if your quoted nursing fees are inclusive or exclusive of the current NHS-funded nursing care (FNC) contribution.

If the rates have not yet been agreed or you are otherwise unable to provide this information at this stage, then please could you confirm this instead and we would very much appreciate if the rates could be provided once they have been agreed.
