Traffic Regulation Orders for Handley Street in Sleaford - Find a freedom of information request

1. Could I please have all active Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) for Handley Street in Sleaford.

2. Please could I also have information on enforcement of the TROs (excluding waiting/parking enforcement) and how many times anyone has complained of motorists and riders illegally using Handley Street as a short cut.
