Fair Access Protocol - Find a freedom of information request

I am a researcher interested in alternative provision schooling. I am currently researching reintegration for pupils moving from alternative provision back to mainstream schools. This FOI request is a way of building up a broad evidence base to establish the ways in which Fair Access Protocols are used to support the reintegration of pupils from alternative provision to mainstream schools. I anticipate that this research will enable a better understanding of the way in which Fair Access Protocols can support reintegration for pupils in alternative provision.

Please can you provide:

1. your agreed Fair Access Protocol, and

2. an overview of the cases referred to your FAP in the financial year 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 breaking this down by types of transition and school phase - please make use of the attached spreadsheet to do this.
