Stopping up order Hungry Spot Road - Find a freedom of information request

1. All reference, including the stopping up order for the unclassified road shown on the 1971 OS map provided, called Hungry Spot Road joining the B1200 on the south side of Louth.

Lincolnshire County Council have checked the deed parcel for this land and there is no record of any stopping up order for Hungry Spot Lane as it was not considered to have any public rights of way over it.

It was the former refuse tip which the Council sold off in 1989 and enquiries were made at that time and at previous times as to the status of this Lane - see attached letter for information. Therefore, the Council does not hold a stopping up order.
