Yellow Lines at PE23 (Gables) - Find a freedom of information request

Information requested in relation to parking at PE23 (gables) yellow lines addition recently agreed.

1. All minutes from all meeting in which the yellow lines at the front the gables were discussed inclusive of both county level and local (Hundleby parish) level.

2. A copy all reports and assessments made in relation to the decision (both at county level and local Hundleby parish level).

3. Full detail of all process required to obtain yellow lines and all process taken (inclusive of consultations) in relation to this (both at county level and local Hundleby parish level).
 
4. Full disclosure of any relationships (inclusive of family/friends) or any associations with both residents of the gables or the developer (both at county level and local Hundleby parish level).
 
5. All logs and information pertaining to original planning application and all assessments/ reports associated (both at county level and local Hundleby parish level).

6. The report where the possibility of utilising the green verge for parking was presented and dismissed.

The proposed restrictions have not been agreed. They are at consultation stage and have yet to be publicly advertised, which is when local residents would have been invited for comment.

Any objections to the scheme received during its advertisement will be determined by the Council's Planning & Regulation Committee.

1. No meetings specific to this proposal have taken place so no minutes available. Copies of the consultation documents for the proposed traffic regulation order are attached*.

2. Please see assessment details attached* which relate to a visit to the area in January 2021. Other site visits have taken place but the details of these are no longer available. No reports have been written on this matter as yet.

3. Please refer to statutory document 'The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996'.

4. Lincolnshire County Council has no record that the case officer responding to the planning  application on behalf of LCC Development Management (acting as Highway and Lead Local  Flood Authority) had a personal relationship with the residents of The Gables or the developer. The case officer no longer works for Lincolnshire County Council, so Lincolnshire County Council are unable to advise on this point.

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) are unable to comment on behalf of the members of Hundleby Parish Council.

5. Please find attached* all information LCC Development Management hold for planning applications N/088/00723/13 and N/088/01408/16. The information used to assess both applications can be found publicly on East Lindsey District Council's planning portal.
