Please can I request additional information ALL REQUESTED information to be between 2017 and 2022

1.Report of all faults internal or public regarding the road in question.

2.Any data related to volume of traffic using the said road to include type of vehicles

3.And current designated road usage.

4.Road usage classification hierarchy 3 when was this classification decided and when is the next review for its classification.

5.Classification 3 have 4 inspection per year. What are these?

6.A report of the inspection carried out. There findings and action taken.

7.A copy of the Repair policy and highway asset management policy.

8.Full list of hierarchy gradings and care/inspection plans for each grading.

9.A copy of the highway maintenance code of practice that is relevant and up to today and Lincolnshire County Council are working from.

10.Risk assessment on the road usage, need for inspection and repair work
