1. I would like to know how many members of staff have received a first dose of a coronavirus vaccine, and how many members of staff have received a second dose of a Coronavirus vaccine.
2. Additionally, I would like to see all correspondence that has been sent to staff members in relation to the Coronavirus vaccine roll-out.
I would like all of the above information to cover the period from 1 December, 2020, up to and including today, 10 August, 2021.
