Fostering Payment Guidelines Concerning Retention Bonuses - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to see the fostering payment guidelines concerning retention bonuses. I believe the council voted to agree on the bonuses as below. I believe you are meant to receive a £500 payment from 1-5 years. I have been told you don't get any for 1-4 years.

Please could I have a copy of the official payment scheme that the Lincolnshire County Council are obliged to use?

The letter from the Head of Regulated Services was sent to all foster carers in July 2019 and is available within the carer handbook. It has been attached.
