I would like to make a request relating to your contracts with Konica Minolta, but if you have since replaced this supplier, please answer this in relation to the new provider and confirm the new supplier name.

I would like to find out the following information:

1. What services are being delivered by the supplier?

2. How many contracts does this entail and what's the award value for each?

3. When do these contracts expire and do they have any extensions?

4. Were any framework agreements used? If so, which ones?

5. Any documentation you can provide me with, e.g. the order forms

6. If the contracts involve printing, how many devices were supplied and what was the volume of copies?

7. What department is managing the contract and who's the decision-maker?

Decision

1. Provision of leased multi-Function devices (MFDs), managed print services, and print audit services.

2. One - £1,228,304.

3. Initial contract expired 31 March 2021. Extended until 31 March 2023. No further extensions available.

4. CCS RM1599 Multifunctional Devices and Services, Managed Print Services and Print Audit Services – Lot 2.

6. The average print volumes were approximately 26m per year across over 200 devices.
